@@EggheadFixers I ended up calling DELL, they couldn’t help me as my refurbished computer should not have been sold! 😧 I took it to a local repair shop they said hard drive is corrupt. They are pulling the data and will test & replace it.

@@rolandonunez7238 If all the hardware passed the diagnostic then the next step would be to try reinstalling the operating system. Usually, this is caused by a problem with the operating system. @@EggheadFixers The diagnostic shows that everything is fine. But yesterday I updated Windows, and when the system resetted, it went into the "no bootable device error" boot loop. Tried restoring Windows with a pendrive, but wouldn't work :(

@@EggheadFixersI have the same issue, I’ve tried 3 different SSDs, 1 m.2 and 2 2.5 inch and still have the same issue

@@SantiGNR93 You may need to do a fresh install of Windows. If Windows is too corrupt then restoring it will not work

@@royceb4814 Sorry to hear that☹ First I would try what we call reseating the hard drive which means unplugging it and then plugging it back in. Then rerun the diagnostic. If that does not work then it's most likely that you need a new hard drive. Sometimes when a hard drive really dies the motherboard doesn't read it as being installed. @@EggheadFixers the diagnostic says it fine but it still won't work and I tried to factory reset it but it says there was a system error right as I click the erase all files and then it shows 2 options then shows the error

Have you checked the power jack and power cord to see if it's getting enough power? Although nice job troubleshooting you have worked your way through some of the main reasons for this problem.

@@EggheadFixers Power Jack works good even tried a universal ac adapter with enough watts and still the same thing. BIOS could be the issue.
