Your video just saved 2 Sengled light bulbs from becoming garbage. I finally was able to connect them. I tried everything from other videos and only the option to discover other devices worked. Thank you very much for posting this video. 🙏😁

Hi Steve, PLEASE help me. i followed your steps and i still have the same problem?!? My lights turn on and off when i use my phone's Alexa app perfectly fine. When i ask Alexa to turn on the lights from my echo Show it replies "X is not responding. please check its network connection" But its connection is fine. my lights work only with my phone and non of my amazon echos! WHY?!?!?

Very good video, showing the need to resync devices when they stop responding. I have an Echo Show with a built in hub. I’ve never enabled it as I use SmartThings. A lot of times devices just seem to double up in the Alexa device list or tell me to “Delete Device”. Never quite sure what’s up with that. I usually delete them & then after awhile they reappear! Any thoughts?

I mostly use the amazon Alexa app on my iPhone. Once opened it simply shows 2 lists (as long as I have items in the lists) But I would like it to show more rather than forcing me to open the app then hit the bottom right for "more" then go to "lists" to see what's not showing like Home Depot or Walmart or Walmart etc.

I've read several Help articles and watched the video but there is NO TRASH icon anywhere on the device settings page. there is NO WAY for me to delete a device.

Hi Steve, my echo show 8, 2nd generation has stopped illuminating at night, once the lights is turned off. Just all of a sudden it stopped. My echo show 5 in another room is working correctly. Can you help me fix it?

I have a tuya camera that has stopped working with alexa. She just does not want to find it. Also have a few tuya door sensors but one is being discovered as a motion sensor by alexa. So cant do any routines with it

This is great info but before I do that to all of them question: I have about 50 devices plus 11 Echo devices. There was a storm where the electricity flipped on and off a few times- maybe a second each time. After that a few devices will work in the GROUPS but if I ask for the individual device, Alexa says there' s not device. Also the other weird thing, a couple devices traded with others. So As example, if I say Dining, now, it turns off the lamp in the den and there is no command to turn the dining on and off any longer, however it will turn on correctly if I say "FAMILY ROOM>" As you can imagine with this many devices, resetting everything, redoing scenes, groups is really not my first option. I could delete the ones that aren't working correctly or do you think those are fried and should get new ones? IDK and have been delaying fixing because of the time. Thanks.

I did the list of fixes from other sites over a period of one week and nothing changed. The only thing that worked was deleting the Alexa app and reinstalling it. No need to delete and rediscover devices. That didn't work anyway. I rediscovered and Alexa didn't connect. Try using the Alexa after you rediscover. It won't work. Just trying to help the frustrated people out there!

Idk who else to ask but here it goes. I'm trying to delete alarms in the Alexa app and every time I do it keeps saying unable to delete alarm please try again later. I have restarted my phone I have cleared the cache I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it I even tried it on my husband's phone on the same account and it still isn't working. Anyone know how to fix this?
