I had UC after running the test. Checked the fuse and it was knackered. Changing the fuse sorted it. Saved £400. Cheers

A good video which really helped. Our machine was stuck on 11/12 minutes in a 15 minute cycle, door locked, seemed like a call out but I watched your video and checked a few things. Firstly the wash load was a big throw that we use on the dog sofa (yes, I know they shouldn't be up there but my partner lets her 2 dogs up there, my 2 dogs don't go up there). So the load was too heavy. Plus there may have been a kink in the water feed so I made sure that was okay. Then I drained the bottom filter - yuk - and unplugged the little hose and a few drops of black water came out. It still didn't drain, seemed to gurgle a lot, so I checked the drain hose, disconnected it and made sure it was clear. Couldn't disconnect the motor hose though, too tight for my big hands. Anyway... put the machine back on, set it to rinse and spin with NOTHING in the drum and lo and behold it started working again. By the way I used the two right hand buttons to diagnose the E3 problem as in the video. So it could be more than one problem that causes the machine to stop. I just kept going through the list until it started working again. Thank you.

I couldn't get mine to go into diagnostic mode. I pressed the spin and option buttons, turned the power on and it just looked like it normally does. I turned the programme selector dial a few times and nothing happened so I stopped but it carried on going around the programme selector clock. I switched it off. Turned it back on and it carried on. I opened the door and it seemed to be waiting so I've put it on a 95c baby care wash. The issue with mine is keeps stopping part way through the washes though someone has pressed pause (although they haven't). However, I have never known before about cleaning the filter so I've done that- thank you! Really good and informative video. If you or anyone else can help further I'd be so grateful!

My dial is broken I put a new one in but still turns around in air I done realised it has a metal clip at the back that came off I cannot select washers for Spin Cycles do you know how I can fix it the first happens when I went to clean behind it and pulled it off it was working fine after 6-months is started to turn around selecting replacing the not I realised that a small metal ring loose hanging on the metal bar where you were replace the knob but it does not seem to clip onto anything

Thank you for your video. I've been working my way through the possible faults. When I push the spin, option and on buttons, the dial on the left lights up and the lights move around clockwise automatically. It doesn't let me do this manually to allow me to test. Please advise 🤔

Hi. My washing machine is same but 8 Kg. The magnifying 🔎 consists of 2 buttons 1 option and 2 Delay End. While holding those 2 buttons I am pressing switch on button but all lights don't show meaning the machine doesn't give option to run test. Can you please help

I have a Samsung ecobubble and the drive belt has come off. The reference on the belt doesn't match the actual belt measurement. Its shorter than size stated ,there also look like someone has added something to the bar that the belt goes on to stop it rolling off when it rotates which has eroded and left bits on the floor inside.

Hi. I have the WW90TA046X. It makes an awful squeaky noise when washing and when spinning, a loud tapping noise. Iv been in touch with samsung many times and iv tried what theyvhave suggested...i practically brand new, have for less than 2 months. Just did drain and spin on one towel (maybe 8pcm x 30cm), it made the loudest tapping noise. Why? Any help appreciated. Thanks

Any chance you could advise me please? My Samsung ecobubble machine is not taking the fabric softener, I've done all the cleans but notice if I put my finger in the drain away hole it's clogged. Can you tell me if that is indeed just a hole or an actual pipe as I don't want to push gunk further down and block it further down? Also how can I access it to clean as it's very fiddly. The two screws on the front I think are just for the fascia panel? Any ideas please?

Hello, I have a samsung ww90k5410ux washing machine. It gives me a 5C code. Had it for about 5+ years already. I tried to unscrew the filter pump cap but only the cap comes off. The filter remains inside so I have no clue of how to take the filter inside out. I feel the cap should be attached to the filter but seems it isnt.

Mine seems to be very sensitive to how level it is.. the smallest of increments make or breaks weather it decides to spin. Also- couldn't get mine to go into diagnostics mode. // ah well... meeh- it's working now.. until the next time.....

I’m looking for some advice please to diagnose my Samsung Bubblewash Front Loader which doesn't return any errors but won't do a high speed spin. It's a Samsung Bubblewash WF1104XAC XSA 03 front loader. When it reaches the spin cycle (13 minutes total is shown on the display) the drum spins slowly one way then stops and spins slowly the other way (I understand this is called a redistribution cycle to help the machine drain). Then once the machine reaches 9 minutes left it stops counting down, but continues with the same motion for a long time. After a long time, perhaps 20 minutes, the timer eventually starts counting down again (still with the redistribution motion), but still does not do a normal high speed spin. No errors are appearing on the machine. I’ve put the machine into diagnostic mode and did a “spin test” which worked fine, up to 1320rpm. I’m currently suspecting the main PCB or perhaps a door, pressure or vibration sensor. 2 years ago I replaced the main PCB but the diagnosis was a little more obvious back then (machine wouldn’t agitate properly). I've so far checked: · The drainage filter (all clear) and pump (plenty of water comes out strongly during a drain cycle) · The pressure switch (tube wasn't blocked and resistance across terminals 1&3 was 21ohms as expected). I haven't blown into the switch to check the diaphragm though. I'm wondering about the following next steps: · pressure switch more complete check · Remove door lock/sensor and check (removal is easy but not sure what to check) · Test of vibration sensor (again, not sure what to check though) Any advice or tips very much appreciated!
