i own the same type of screwdriver kit in the link you provided what size is the right flat head screwdriver to use 1.4mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm or 3.0mm?

If his suggestions didn't work you can change the left and right audio level balance per device in the Windows sound settings. That's assuming you're using Windows

You have to get the screw out to fix it if you broke it in half then you might have to get a new headset

You have to unscrew the headphones to fix how they fit but that doesn’t fix mic quality if it’s messed up

You need a flat head or a screwdriver thats smaller then the standard size , Amazon should have a few for cheap
