Update: If you live in America, go to Nintendo’s customer support page- they will fix your joy-cons for free, shipping and all. Please keep in mind this seems to be a temporary fix. For some the issue is fixed forever, sometimes it comes back in 15 minutes. Also, I have no idea exactly what type of isopropyl alcohol works, just use the percent I use in the video. Thank you! So far this seems to have helped. Regular cleaning and recalibration weren't working, as my right joycons stick was moving to the right and making the camera randomly spin in a game, even after trying those out. The method you mentioned seems to have done the trick so far.

Out of annoyance of replacing the joycon stick (Twice!!!) and desperation, I tried the straw trick. It actually worked. I’ve used so many methods, and this seems to be the only working one. Thanks man!!!

There is an Easier way to fix them, you don’t need any tools for it apart from the JoyCons and a Switch Step 1: Put the Switch in Tabletop Mode (Undocked with the JoyCons detached) Step 2: go into “Controller Settings” Step 3: tap on “Search for Controllers” (if i got the name wrong, it’s the 2nd one down) Step 4: Tap and Hold the icon of your JoyCon on your Switch with your Finger Step 5: While your JoyCon is Rumbling, Rotate the control stick for however long you want but I recommend 2 Minutes. this gets the dust out and makes your JoyCon function properly I’ve done this with 4 Seperate JoyCons that had horrible drift (you don’t even need to touch it to make it move) and these 5 steps worked each and every time. If you don’t have any tools in your house, i highly recommend doing this

Popup the Joy Stick like you are about to take it out on left right up down & do a 360 popup & you will see it will fix it. The problem why it drifts is not because of dirt. It's because the metal pins in the Joy Stick are bent different due to always pushing in the stick. So you need to reverse it so you need to push up on the Joy Stick like you are taking it out. It will even out the metal pins & you will see how the drift will stop.

The straw thing works but another way I found that also helped me a lot is that I used one of those things you use to put juice on a turkey and you squeeze it air comes out so I did this on the joystick many times and it actually worked
