Same. I have 30 ping good internet and i lag for some reason, even in causals. Its still playable, but annoying as fuck.

@@prod.alexurlit’s a mix of your internet, the device/console you play on, and where you live. You could live far from servers, usually not just the problem though. Or epic is having issues with their servers.

That’s because the servers are shit. Epic bought rocket league to throw it down the drain and promote other games like FoRTnItE

my problem is that when I do the kickoff, the first 1-2 seconds lag, and then even when I enter the training it freezes for 1-2 seconds and then everything goes smoothly. This problem only happens in my first account, because in the second account everything goes smoothly. I'm on a PC, I have a very good PC and a stable connection and I get around 30-40 pings. PLEASE help me...

Make sure it’s set only to your region I’m na east so I only check na east

I’ve always kept my rate low I use an Ethernet cable but the past 2 days nothing but chaos 40-70 is my Normal but now I’m getting latency and 100-300 ping 😂 I don’t get it tbh

i have fiberoptic internet by ethernet cable, my rocket league stutters so bad that i cant play for sometimes 10-15 seconds at a time no matter if i change this setting it just started randomly one day and it wont go away

The servers are fine because ping doesn’t show your packet loss and I’m not laggy on the servers 😂
