How to Fix Lenovo Laptop Screen Dim in Windows 10

If you are a Lenovo laptop user, you may have encountered a very annoying issue that the screen of your laptop went very dim. Here are three methods that can help you make your screen light up again:
Method 1. Update graphics driver.(Link download Driver Easy tool in the top comment).
Method 2. Press brightness-up key when starting up.
Method 3. Modify Registry.

Thanks! replacing the lenovo drives with Intel's display drivers fixed this issue

One thing to keep in mind is if this problem persists even in the BIOS it's likely a hardware issue and not a driver issue.

If it is also your problem try a shortcut (win+ctrl+shift+b) to reset display drivers

press the strat button for long just like 5 second or more and wait a few time then restart use start button if it result show lenovo restart u see lenovo symbol is mean ok cuz i try this good option

Yeh, but try the drivers one first, not funny to modify regedit files... There is a shortcut (win+ctrl+shift+b) to reset display drivers TRY IT!!

@@Maximas991 I have. Both are not recognized by the tv and monitor. Display output will only work when at a login screen but when in BIOS the screen will not display. I have tried several different monitors I have and also my tvs. Nothing allows it to be set as primary display while in BIOS.

PROBABLY your brightess is on the LOWEST value so just press f6 to up the brightness

Nope mine was stuck dim even when I move the brightness slider all the way up with FN F6. The graphics update fixed it through Nvidias GeForce experience
