My back wheel locked up goin 28 mph today when I hit a bump i slid like 20-50 feet abd cooked my tire to the thread when i got home i seen my chains are basically rubbing. So i think they caught eachother on the bump so this is what im going to do to fix the problem glad someone confirmed it will work

lol I literally had the same idea. I ordered the spring tensioner to compliment the standard tensioner. so I don't have to constantly be adjusting it the spring tensioner can take up the slack.

@@GLEECED yeah my tensioner keeps sliding but I’m gonna try to change out the bolts and my back tire as well due to it being wopped.

@@smurphy231 which tensioner? The stock one or the spring one . When I had the stock one on I cut some tire from a different wheel and put it between the frame and the clamps for the tensioner and tightened down hard the rubber kept it from sliding side to side

@@GLEECEDwas it sturdy enough to ride after, it didnt get lose? mine literally broke 3 spokes in my back rim and was completely upside down. i put jb weld glue on about a hour ago to see if it’d stop making my chain fall off
