I have just bought one and I have the same problem, have anyone of you resolved it ? Idk if it is the sdcard or my switch is damaged.

@@mouadboutahar6337 i kinda found a problem and solved it.. the sd card slot comes sometimes damaged and can't detect the sd card.. i bought on amazon a new card slot for 10€ and replaced it by myself in 5 minutes. You can go by step by step with a youtube video so no knowledge needed before hand just the right screwdrivers!

@@elinedefaux I tried to format my Switch and it just deleted my games , and didn’t fix the micro Dd card, so now I have to redownload the games. I bought a new one.

I have a different problem that I can't find a solution to. I have some really amazing feats beating bosses recorded on my SD card through the Switch, but I have no way to view them or access them outside the switch. If I use an SD card reader and hook it up to my laptop, 3 folders come up but they're all empty even though the video files are 100% on the SD card because I can see them when it's plugged into the Switch. Is this some failsafe to prevent players from uploading their videos from the switch?

The first option somehow completely worked at getting my SD card to work. this is after i had tried to format it on a computer and on the switch than you so much.

In my case. My 2 switch handle slots have 1 metal plate. After remove it. It works correct.
