How is it that every time I need help with an injury or a weakness you guys do a video on it. It’s really weird but honestly it’s happened a bunch of times over the last 6 years. Maybe I’m just being too rough with myself or you two can read my mind. Thanks for always being there for me. You’ve got this Bob, things will get better.

I suffer with scoliosis. I haven’t seen y’all address this very painful condition. It came upon me with a kyphosis at 54 , I’m now 69 and have tried just about everything. I’ve followed your guides & have benefitted much in general . The pain just continues to torment me. Please HELP. Thank you both for all of your service.

you guys are the best!!!! I ad a diskectomy and a hemilaminectomy on 2-18-91, when i was in graduate school. Now i am 60 years old and this hapens a lot on the right side (the unaffected side, just as you suggested!). This is soooooo helpful!!!!

No words to describe how helpful this channel has been, except these words, if that makes sense. This is great for people that can't afford physical therapy, but I do encourage to seek professional help if possible.

Yes but it's also a business too, the PT are true loves but must adhere to their bosses themselves, codes of conduct, keep the customer coming back, what have you! My last one left to be a personal trainer, I see them there all so close to one another on the mats, 😝! If I could go back in time I'd remind them that if I could do that move I wouldn't be there! A quick injury or one received over a long period of time doesn't mean, unfortunately that you'll be getting a quick fix for it!

I have the exact problem going on with my back. I have a special tree branch that I have been using for years. Unfortunately my pain never goes away and am about ready to lose my mind. Thanks for your suggestions, I am still hopeful that something will help

A few years ago I had breast cancer on my right side. Treatments of chemo and radiation have tightened my shoulder muscles. I’m going to try these stretches. Thanks B&B. Happy 4th!

Thank you! I'm 6'2" and the left side of my lower back gets so agitated some days. I do epsom salt baths for it but it's only a temporary fix.

Definitely going to try the first and third exercises I pulled something in my back on the left side. I have a 8 level fusion c3-t3 and lumbar fusion L3 to s1 one year out and I hope I didn’t do damage to some hardware. Thanks for all you do for us to keep us healthy! Happy Fourth of July 🇺🇸

Lay down on the floor on your stomach and arch your back a little bit. That's helped me a lot with my back pain. That, epsom baths and stretches, but not all stretches are good. You have to make sure to do it the right way.

🤣 They cut Brad off before he went into his broken heart story. I’m sorry Brad. If I was just 30 years older, or you were 30 years younger, I could bake you a pie, and let you call me “Mother” while you tell me all about your broken heart story. Then we could watch ex-revenge videos and laugh and laugh. But it might make my husband nervous. He’d be asking “Why is that young man eating all my pie?” And I’d say, “What? ‘Young man’, you say? Don’t you remember your own son?” Then we can keep telling him you are his son until he believes us over his own sanity. But I’m not 30 years older. And come to think of it, I don’t bake pies for my OWN son . Ah, well. It was a thought. 💔
