Can you list some of the Bluetooth adapters that worked? The Asus bt400 costs about 50USD where i live, so it will be really good if i manage find a cheaper one that works well with the controllers. I have a generic adapter, and while it does connect all my 4 Move controllers , i can't even get past 60% in the magnetometer calibration with it on any of them.

Have a bluetooth adapter is necessary? Because my computer can make connection without it. I was trying everything but nothing changes

Im starting to feel like sony rigged the new controllers to only pair to ps4 i have tried every thing in the video with multiple bt dongles and cords and drivers non motioninjoy including the asus bt 400 dongle same result each time controller connects shows as motion controller or usb input device in device manager but still doesnt show up in any config tool as controller... wont let me pair to ps3 either but i know the port and cord are good or it wouldnt have detected it on pc as a device

I don't get any calibration option, they pair it shows it on windows its self. but I keep getting ''blue tooth device not found'' or something but I have one in the PC........I've literally followed every instruction and followed all the ''help'' forums but nothing seems to be working still. the VR Headset its self (in this case PS VR) Works perfectly fine. I got that all hooked up working with VR Chat. but I wawnt hands! Q_Q

I get to the step 6 always with the same bluetooth adapter. I use ivrY withg my PSVR and the serious same games work good without need to motion controllers. I think in my case I give up trying to connect the PS Move controllers. I would like to play games SteamVR Games that dont need a motion controller like Serious Sam, do anyone have suggestions of this kind of games? Thanks

Hey Daley, big fan of your videos. I have planning to build one of these rigs in my basement, but have been having issues with getting the bluetooth controllers to pair. I own two controllers but neither will connect to my computer in the controller config. It is also important to mention that neither will charge, and one only turns on when plugged into my computer (still not charging). I am returning both, since I believe I received faulty controllers, but if you think that they might not be faulty please let me know. Thanks man, and I can't wait to see more videos in the future!

hi, i have followed your step by step guide and set everything as you have with 4 camera and 3 controllers. The only problem is when i am playing a vr game the controllers a very jittery and when i move around for a while the controllers then dont appear in front of me. I was wondering if you have any suggestions as i have tried everything and gone through the steps at least 5 or 6 times. :)

If it stuck at paring 2-3/7 maybe it already paired and can't continue. you have to manual remove device from 'Device and Printer' then re-pair it again. Thank you. This help me. I change USB port and it doesn't work then I grab another Bluetooth Dongle I have to replace it. It's work.

Bro my controllers are connected to PC, but when I try to configure them and press the PS button, a constant error "async bluetooth pair device request" appears in the logs. I can't connect them via Bluetooth, although there is one.

I have an issue similar to some of the people who already commented, but I wasn't able to find a solution to mine yet. I used ipi software to install my eye camera drivers, and it worked fantastically. I was able to use zadig to get my PS3 nav controller working. But I can't seem to get my PS4 motion controllers to be recognized by move service through USB. I've tried using zadig to install various drivers for it, but none of them have worked yet. I've unplugged all my other USB devices except a keyboard, mouse, and bluetooth dongle. I've also manually forgotten my bluetooth pairings on my PS4 and shut it down. Any advice?

on a side note, how do i emulate directional buttons on ps move controller, i cant remember which video you mentioned it in.

Not the case with the Asus bt400. If you dont use the provided installation software it will not work. I kept getting code 10's and code 1's until i used the manufacturers install

Do the NEW PS motion controllers pair with the move service, i have new controllers with the micro usb port not the old version with the mini usb port, does that matter? 2nd when trying to pair my new controllers they do not blink rapidly , i unpaired them from the ps4 and even have the ps4 unplugged. They blink for about 1 sec maybe flashes 2-3 times and shuts off and they are fully charged. Please help EDIT: I think i figured out how to get it to blink, i held down the ps button , with the start button, and the large middle button at the same time. But the config tool never changes, always says no connected usable controllers. My pc detects in the drivers. but cant get past this step

If your having trouble to keep both ps move controller on, try this method. It worked for me Make sure your ps4 is off Instead of using the ps4 controller, use one of the ps move controllers to turn on the ps4 and select your profile. Then turn on the second move controller, and both should be on without the other one bugging out.

Hello Daley hope you can help me, when I connect the controller thru USB the conftool doesn't detect any Usb controller and also I have the Bluetooth adapter connected, the Bluetooth is related to the detection of the psmove controllers ? Is there a problem if my psmove controllers are paired with the ps4? Thanks mate

I Need Help!!!! I've managed to sync the psmove controller with bluetooth but the lights don't come on, I tried doing the rumble test, and that made the lights light up as they should, as did the psmove controller test, but other than that they wont light up, any ideas?

I'm not 100% sure but from what I can tell, the usb dongle has to be a Broadcom chipset, everything ive tried has been csr chipset I've ordered one with a bcm 20702 chip see if that works (the asus bt400 use a chipset based on the bcm20702A0)

Hey man! another awesome video! small issue, the Ps move controller work and are connected, but they seem to be stuck to the psvr headset, so they are pretty much all i can see on my whole screen. its like the ball bit is stuck to the headset. realigning them with the start and select just make it stick there again. any way to solve that? I just played my first full VR experience and it is so awesome! Now I am seriously thinking about buying a PSVR(Not the headset) system, but 200€ is still so much money :/ Does the PS nav controller also works, because it is much cheaper here. Me and my boyfriend just got the bundle pack and I am trying to use motion controllers for blood and truth. So here’s the issue. The controllers light up and connect great in the main menu but then I go to play the game and the lights on the bulbs of the controllers turn off and it won’t let me use them AT ALL to play the game. They are still on the red light at bottom is on but the only option I have is to hit the ps4 button on the motion controllers to go back to the home screen then they light up and all the button and functions work. So basically the controllers only work on the main menu but when entering gameplay the lights shut off and none of the buttons work besides the ps4 button to take it back to home screen. I am so upset right now. I have tried everything and I still have this issue. When I was using my cousins the same thing happens in the creed game but then I went and turned off the internet connection and they would light up in game play and work 100%. So I tried turning the internet off and on and it still won’t work with this! I’m about to cry! Please message me on Facebook bc I will never know if u reply on this it won’t tell me. I know u get a lot of people getting ahold of u but this is super important bc now I’m about to just sell it. The game works when I use my DualShock controller so I’ve been playing with that but it’s not even close to as fun as it would be if I had the motion controllers working.
