I have hp dj 500 mono, When i starting the plotter once the printhead carrier moves and come back to the original place ,in the mean time servicestation pushing up the printhead slighty, if i load the paper carier moves and the error will appear like this."Righe edge of the sheet too far from load line" Please suggest me to clea this problem

Hi, sir. I have follow your tutorial but my service station, once i had put it in the plotter, has the white wheels stuck and the plotter not work. There are two videos in youtube that show us the problem but without solution. Outside the plotter, like you, it working properly but not in the plotter. The white wheels are almost blocked but if I remove the electric motor the three white wheels running free whitout problems. Thank if you can help me

@@PartsBaba Thank you so much. I solved the problem. It was an incorrect position of metal string below the printheads. Now my plotter working perfectly! Anyway, thank you so much for your support.

The service station full of waste makes the machine not working, giving error and not allowing access to the check panel? The printhead of my machine hits with part of the service station and does not get on it. My service station is full of waste. Thank you

i want to know that kind of foam are you using to repair the service station. Where can I buy? i can wash the foam that my service station have? Thanks!!

when you strip the foam out, it will be full of waste ink. just use hot water and keep rinsing with plenty of water, if it is black it will turn white once all the old ink has been rinsed out do that for all the other parts "except the motor" :) use silicon grease on all the moving parts and cog wheels then rebuild. I have many parts for these in the uk.
