if your Robot Pool vacuum cleaner motor isn't working, moving or cleaning feature has no suction then check the drive belts, This robot vac is made by Paxcess but this fix applies to Dolphin and Aiper pool vacs too.

Hi @darlyslade7998 the smaller belt is not for the fan blower but for the drive motor. The pump motor is connected directly to the impeller at the top of the device - no belt there.

I think it's great video and when you try show the part number sometimes its waste of time cause it's not clear n trying to give the visual but I think if u put the link on parts etc,... much better rather then try show the parts number and most time don't even get clear view of it... aside that hope everyone that have robot vacuum finds this clip somewhat useful... my advice when taking things Apart are very simple. First look over it have little idea what your looking at, second most of the time a smaller parts and smaller end of the parts is where you start never start on big parts or big end reasons why because simply smaller if you pry smaller at last part mostly you'll break it. That's my advice smaller parts smaller end of the parts is normally your first piece good luck and keep doing what's you doing 👍

I have this vacuum and this is super helpful as I did find the little fan belt in the debris basket. Couldn’t figure out where it went ! So thank you! I also have a hard time sliding the locked open and closed on the top to access the baskets to empty. Any hints to fix that?

Just a note ... it's not recommended to install the smaller drive belt by stretching it over the roller cogs. We sell these type of pool cleaners, and we know that these smaller drive belts take a lot of strain and are more prone to breakage than the larger roller belts. It is better to unscrew the drive belt sprocket that's fitted to the drive motor, if you can, then take it off, fit the belt, and put the sprocket back. Puts less strain on the belt.

My Ausono HJ2052 stopped working after one month of use. Heavy use, but I was so bummed about it. I had no iea what was wrong. I called support and their system would hang up exactly 3 minutes after I made my selection. Your video was AWESOME. I bought a new small belt and within 10 minutes of going outside, it was fixed and my pool is being cleaned. Thank you so much!! I watched a few other videos and they had you taking the whole thing apart. You saved me sooooooo much time. Curious if there is a way to get replacement filter baskets. I do not need them now, but assume one day I will. If you, or anyone else on here knows how to get them, please reply to this post. Thanks again, I greatly appreciate this video.

My cleaner pumps water but does not crawl. All belts are attached. When I turn on controller and set hours to 1,2,or 3 nothing happens except pumping water. It will NOT CRAWL. When cycle is over all 3 redlights blink for a long time. No responses from Paxcess customer service...Ugh. I need your wisdom to solve this problem please.

When I manually rotate my rollers to see if they move freely , … they do . Both belts are intact but my pool cleaner is still not moving ?

I just replaced the belts, it completed one pool cleaning and now it will not work at all. The light is flashing on the control box that the vacuum plugs into. Any ideas? Thanks!! Also, do you have contact information for Paxcess?

Clean plug connections on power cord and control box connection. I used electronic cleaner and toothbrush but use sandpaper on scale build-up on the prongs.

Control box lights flashing in different ways have different meanings. However, most likely cause in our experience is a fault in the main PCB. And most common PCB fault is a burnt out capacitor. Suggest to get an electronic technician take out the control box PCB and check for faults especially burns, or corrosion due to water ingress.

Yes, it's belt driven but many robot vacuums are like this. After 1 or 2 years belts need to be replaced unfortunately but good thing is it's easy to fix.

My LV TV turn it on black screen and sound but if I hold ego button down and get on to input and and then onto all inputs leave on there for a while and then press any number and it starts and stay on till I turn the TV off can any 1 help would it be any help if I return

Thanks for the video, question do you know where to get replacement parts like main drive wheels. Paxcess is no help - I believe this unit is an orca 1300 and Paxcess did a private label. I emailed AIPER waiting to hear back. Any help would be appreciated! thanks

Years ago KZfaq switched to recommending videos with the most watch time, that's why you see some videos in your feed that you aren't even subbed to. I still support my family with Google adsense so I'm not complaining.
