You know I'm I'm trying to figure this out because I'm not sure if I believe in pretty privilege necessarily. I believe pretty privileged this ideal comes from being pretty coupled with other things... Like I don't think you get privileged just from being pretty by itself sometimes that can be very dangerous. I've been ugly before I've been fat before when I was a kid I was always called ugly so I only became pretty really like in senior year as an adult basically... But being pretty can be harder than being considered ugly because of the type of attention you get. Like I feel like it's a certain finesse with being pretty that gives pretty privileged because it's like.... Maybe it has happened before, but I don't know of a woman being pretty has gotten her more opportunities than like put her in danger; unless she comes from like a financially stable background as well
