Just replaced spider arm assembly that was corroded and all 4 shock absorbers on my front load Samsung washer. The washer still is out of balance when speeding up but then balances back out at higher. The spin cycle is now stopping because of it. The balance ring seemed like it still had liquid and beads in it. What do I do next?

It is possible the balance weights on the tub are cracked.

Hi, When you say the washer won't drain, do you mean: 1) All the water is still in the washer? 2) Some amount of water just below the drum is still in the washer? My top loaded HE washer leaves a small amount of water just under the drum that you can hear when you manually spin the drum when it is empty. I'm not sure if this is normal for some top loaded washers.

Your drain line may be too low or has no air siphoning in the external drain pipe.

You would have to try and figure out a way to remove that water in the machine in order to be able to tip the machine. What is your model number?

Scoop water into bucket, pour in tub or toilet. That’s what we did
