your wrapping the tape the wrong way!, pleased to see it used as i've been doing it for years! but take it from a plumber - always clockwise looking at inserted end or it can unwrap when you screw in..

75-90 is pretty good trans fluid, and Nulon definitely makes good stuff. It should definitely help with smoother gearshifts. Low quality and worn fluids become more viscous over time and this causes the synchronisers to bind up sometimes, especially in colder weather, so you're met with an uncomfortable and grinding shift. So yep, quality new fluid will definitely improve the shift feel. I'm about to change my TR6060 box fluid and put some Penrite 70-75 in. Great video.

GL 5 its not so god for your gearbox, use oil only. gl4.
