How to get 4K 30FPS Option on Sony ZV-E10

do note that this will require you to REFORMAT your sd card, and it will do this FORCEFULLY, ERASING YOUR FILES, back up files before hand, dont make the same mistake as meeeeeee. but also thanks for the tip, been confused about this for a while now

unfortunately it is not 30p but 29.97p... it have so many issues in synch with this option
