I had lumbar lamenectomy while on active duty, and have had two more surgeries since then. I was denied service connection through a c&p exam, and a higher level review.

Because your medical records was missing injury, diagnosis, or service connection. Do a better job policing your records cry baby

My back is so messed up, my left leg get numb, weak with pain in my left foot. Im only at 50% and this causes so much stress being in so much pain all these years

Shoot, because the PCM's would only give me motrin and PT I had blown my disk so many times I had to get 2 vertebrae fused. I now have that along with degenerative disease and can't stand for more than 30 minutes before my back starts hurting. Got a whole 10% for my back. When they did my c&p the guy didn't say anything about range of motion before it starts hurting. Just how far could I bend.

I had 2 neck surgeries (disectomy and a complete disc replacement) an lower back disectomy and now I'm going for the neuroimplant trial. Being seen by pain clinic for the last 10 years and haven't being able to work for the last 12 years. Still, my back and neck are not rated near 30% each.

If your service connected for those days lease look into the secondaries you have like gerd, Radiculopothy etc there’s a lot related to your disabilities. Mental health claim would increase your claim

I suffer from back pain an hip. i also have perinal neuropathy or however you spell it. just had my first injection in my hip. Should i let them do my back? Or will that stop me from getting a increase im not able to work an walls closing in. filed for ssdi with law firm. But V.A in KC is just messed up

One wrist, hearing loss both ears, back, knees and ankles added up together I receive a 70% disability rating. My back has gotten much worse since my last exam around 2011. Should I get more x-rays ? I am on the veterans choice program ( community care ). Former Paratrooper. Also I don't trust surgeries at this time but my mobility is extremely limited. Keeps me from doing anything. No pain pills prescribed at this time by my doctors.

Think secondaries! Radiculopothy, bilateral factor, headaches gerd and the mental health claim you will be on your way to 100%

MRI, prescribed bed rest.. Mntl health.. read the 38cfrpart 4 section on back injuries-this si the key to getting higher rating.. also if you have numbness/tingling/pain in extremities-Radiculopathy cannget you wayyyy higher brother..best of luck.. i am there also and I refuse surgery or steroids in my spine

I'm a veteran with multiple arthritic conditions have been on pain meds of several medications now on 100mgs of tramadol q3 times a day for pain in back hips knees hands and feet only at 60,% rate severe advanced arthritis I'm unemployable at 77 years old can you help me they are scheduling knee surgeries in a couple of weeks am now with wheelchair I'm with Zorn VA hospital in Louisville ky

I am retired from the Army with an approved claim for agent orange heart claim and they said because i get retired army pay i get no back pay for when i put in my claim. Is that true?

050724. Keep filing your paperwork & take your family to your appointments with written reports of your medical issues. It's very false that your not able to get compensated. I helped my Uncle's, my ex & several other veteran get their benefits. My ex was already getting 100% they awarded him $750,000.00 for a home. And $$$,$$$.$$ dollars in cash. I am now working on getting the rest of my benefits. Don't give up. I do everything in pain. I had to get out of my bed & ignore my pain. To help my children. Thank God my for my childrens. Little beautiful children cleverly disguise themselves as angels (but they are heathens) 😂😅😂

yes my comment is a pain so it goes along with back pain since i have been stabbed in the back
