*PLEASE Read This* Hey everyone! Wanted to provide an update, just in case, since we know how unpredictable Niantic is. On their blog, they say if you choose a specific badge, you'll "Encounter an Origin Forme Dialga/ Palkia that knows it's signature attack...". HOWEVER, in the game, the description of each badge does not mention an encounter... just that the Origin form you catch from raids, depending on the badge you picked, will have its signature move... I'm hoping Niantic didn't slyly pull a fast one here, but just keep an eye out just in case. Salute!

obviously, if u use the time ability you can extend your daily adventure incense time, making it last longer to hopefully encounter a galarian bird my current score is 0-3, ive encountered and lost 2 articunos and 1 zapdos

Nope! The research will add more pages whenever the sinnoh global tour actually starts. So you can choose the badge noe but have to wait until this next weekend to get Origin forme dialga/ Palkia

It's basically like a research, so you won't get them during this road to sinnoh event, but you will whenever the global tour actually starts

You'll get the legendary whenever the Sinnoh Global tour actually starts, so right now you picked the badge and were only able to do a couple pages of research

The dialga encounter happens during the actually global tour. As of now we were only able to click the badge and do like 3 pages of normal research

I'm confused lots of sources are saying u only get the origin forme palkia/dialga after using a standard incense , I used a standard incense and in the end i didn't get one . Are we even getting one

I'm starting to think we'll only get it through raids.. Niantic posted on their website saying well get an encounter with one depending on the badge we chose but I haven't heard anyone getting one yet

@@Cyphon They were available to raid in the L.A. Sinnoh Tour 17th and 18th February and they were available to raid 24th and 25th February ( global Sinnoh Tour) they're not obtainable as of now

I'd say Dialga especially if you use adventure incense and lucky eggs/ star pieces frequently. BUT if you don't use them, get Palkia's since you'll be able to catch more Pokémon

Was looking EVERY day didn't get any tickets in the shop for the Dialga or Palkia with the signature attack :( Luckily I did get the Dialga and a Shiny within 16 Raids hopefully I can get the Palkia pretty fast I didn't want to spend too much money

What happened was Niantic didn't pull through on their end like they said in the blog they posted. The blog word for word says: "Encounter an Origin Forme Dialga/ Palkia that knows its signature attack, Roar of Time/ Spacial Rend". It never mentions anything with raiding at all, which is why we all expected to get the encounter from the research they gave out, but instead got 2 encounters with Bidoof... I even messaged Niantic Support twice on X to get clarification and they ignored me so I feel like they knew they messed up the verbiage on there Otherwise, If I would've known we weren't getting any I never would've made this video the way I did. I only try to help you guys out, not trick you.
