This is some great advice, but the tip about how a CV should be presented is a bit over the top. As long as its neat and in a folder or something its fine

Maybe, but I like to reduce the chances of NOT being noticed. The pastel coloured envelopes work

Can I apply in person to banking jobs the advert doesnt say "only online applicants allowed" so I believe I should go for it
