In this video I talk about a few key movement patterns and categories of exercises that will contribute to the look of a rugby player.
When I’m speaking generally I tend to categorise plyometrics as outlined in the video, though any strength coach will tell you that the GCT defines whether a ballistic movement is indeed a plyometric, or just ballistic/ dynamic etc... But you don’t need to worry about that.
