I tried it for last 1.5 year And got significant change in my face structure And I still enhancing my face structure by doing it continuously In early days I also faced the same problems which you mentioned in this video But now It's been in my habitual action To hold the toung on roof And the most important thing here I found Is to breath by nose Not by mouth . Great video bro i have been searching about the topic for a while now and this video is kind of a summary of all of it, it contains all the information there is, just thing that you missed is to tell everyone to stop breathing from mouth ( although when you mew you can't breathe from mouth) but mouth breathing is much easier to build a habit of and also helps in building better structure of the face

PLEASE DO READ IF U WANNA GET PROPER JAWLINE (EXTRA SUGGESTIONS HAE..) #1 5:40 -edit- tongue rests on your upper part itself but all u have to do is to fold your tongue and press it on the upper part of mouth using lower jaws . #2 8:37- bhailog centrefresh lena , i refer u centrefresh because it gets hardened up whenever u drink water while chewing the gum. EXTRA POINT> chew 3-4 centrefresh at a time for about 2-3 hours.( make sure that u chew gum on both the sides or else u might get a asymmetric jawlines ) #3 ek aur rahe bath pls paani jyadha peene shuru kro kyunki chewing gums can also cause throat itching and cough as it has artificial flavours and colours. #4 keep yourselves away from dairy products, sugars/sweets and oils. #5 dressing mae acha bano kyunki clothing has lot to do wid the way people see u( if your dressings skills are bad u may look chapri so try to wear some loose fits instead of slimfits ) mae faltu mae kuch nhi bol rah hu , kudh ka experience sae bol rah hu. Don't use chewing gum method because - - it will harm your teeths - many people chew with one side of their face, so it will lead to asymmetrical face. So I will prefer you all to use jaw resizer tool, or face exercises. Peace.

Don't expect to get anything beyond your genetic potential guys. If you're genetically predisposed to have a strong jaw , hollow cheeks and hunter eyes , you'll get it anyway. Losing fat 100% helps in making your jaw more visible, you can try mewing ...if you're a mouth breather and a teenager that would give you great results since correct tongue posture is actually a thing . But one shouldn't keep unrealistic expectations. You won't magically look like a young brad Pitt if you're facial structure isn't genetically predisposed to look like that.
