1. Braces 2. Nose massage (Won't have a big effect, but will be better) 3. Workout with proper diet 4. Cardio, face massage 5. It's pigmentation. Use a cleanser having Kojic Acid. Then, Aloe Vera. 6. Pluck them. (One time investment: Ache salon se karao) 7. Aloe Vera gel helps removing tan. Apply sunscreen SPF 50+ to avoid it in future.
