I am working for US based companies since last 5 years as an HR. I know how to get job in US however I am not getting any employer who can offer me full-time job there. Everytime they say, I have to be in US first, then they can accept my application anytime. So, is there any way where I can get work visa first and can enter USA with out having job. Because I know, how to get job after entering in USA.

Yes you can't come here as a hair dresser, for some reasons. But there are other easy means. Your sister is an option, getting offer letter for a job is another
