Situation, both my companies make a steady 12 to 2000 per week combined . I've worked 40-60hours like this for 1 year . I have no problem keeping this up but itll take me 4 years just to pay off the cars at this rate . My wife works part time so my buisness revenue supports the house ,and debt servicing. This move will open things up a bit so I can think. .... thanks a ton for this

Can you buy a home with this loan if you trying to run a business or do the home have to be in a commercial area?

You can use SBA loans to buy commercial properties! I have seen people setup a place to sleep on their properties too

I used to have a sign business in a different state for 12 years but it went out of business due to the economy and I changed careers. Six years later, I’m restarting the business again but under a different name and service, car wraps, in AZ and would be doing it part time due to my full time job. Do you recommend getting a small business loan to cover the costs for a rental space and large format printers?
