Great video. Thanks. What is the setting to enable the strumming? I'm using a 360 guitar and the notes hit when I'm pressing the buttons, but I don't have to strum, I've set up the controller properly and assigned the strum up & down. Any help appreciated

I got the game for the Mac and it was actually pretty simple to download! Tried doing the same for my brothers Mac and it worked but the song plays as normal but the chart for songs don’t pop up? Any tips on what I can do to solve this issue?

is there any way to get my xbox controller to work? i have songs downloaded and when i try to play them my controller doesn't register so i am not hitting any actual keys but when i press the buttons on my controller it highlights the keys as i am pressing it. but still doesn't work when a note is coming up on the highway. it just is blank and passes even when i press the registered button

with all those songs, lets say i add the gh3 songs then i add another bunch of songs from that list is there chances of getting duplicate songs? cause theres people who make there own list right? so my concern is what if some got the some of the songs from another download will it duplicate???

Uhm just a Quick question. If i press 1-5 Buttons (Green, Red...) it just wont react and i miss the Buttons ingame. If i press the strum Buttons which are W and S for me then it makes a weird noise like im doing something wrong. If i dont press W or S and just the normal 1-5 Buttons the game will not react. Any Solutions ?

I am not sure if you figured it out by now but on your keyboard you use ‘a’ to select and ‘a’ to deselect or back and up and down key to move around

The Xbox xplorer it’s a plug and play controller but they might cost u a hefty penny but those controllers are really good if you can find one for under $60 that’s what’s ideal

Nevermind I figured it out! Apparently plugging my guitars usb into the front of my computer doesn't work. When I plugged it into the back it worked!

so i added my wii guitar as a controller to the game but when playing the songs i dont have to strum the notes as i press the corresponding buttons. Is there a setting i have to change in order to get that?

Yeah disable gamepad mode when your signed into your profile press select find gamepad and turn it off if not it might be in the main game settings

Clone Hero supports the six button controllers too according to their user manual. I am just starting to get everything set up and ordered a used GHV 360 controller for the setup!

"LITERALLY a million songs" - meanwhile on the screen: 37,000 songs "literally just click the button" "my drive is literally filled" "you can literally just drag" "literally press assign a controller" I only made it 6 minutes in and I think I missed a couple. The information is good but it gets repetitive pretty quick.

He said it has over a million songs and it very clearly says 37917 songs lol. I searched on there for some of my favs and none of them were there. Just mainstream shit songs.
