Awesome video as always. I have a decent size lawn care service in north ga. I’ve had this business going for about 5 years now. When we first started we took any yard just to get up and going. Now we have made adjustments to make the business more profitable. We used to do bi-weekly’s now we have a set minimum and no bi-weekly customers. If customers can’t afford us then they can always call someone else. Once you start growing you can definitely weed out the non profitable yards. That’s just from my experience . Peace. Pop smoke💪🏼

I see a lot of guy's do not such bang up jobs , the wham bam thank you ma'am ones. Potential customer almost always watch before the ask about your services. Every job should be your best service , and you should be proud to show it off . Set the bar high and the work will come to you. Another great video man , thanks.

Johnny, I follow a few u-tube grass people but I have to say you are awesome. The honesty, respectful, and the manners you have are the best. When I watch your stuff it looks like anyone can do it and make a good honest living. There are people that have multiple trucks, podcast, and look like they have it going on but I tell you they do not have NOTHING on you… Love you man!

When starting out, I would canvas shopping centers and pick the cars I wanted to work on. I looked for clean and 1:15 stock high end cars. Now that my business is established, I weed them out even further. No payments, no attitudes, no trash work unless I’m already servicing their car. I pick and choose everyone!! You have to

If I offered bi-weekly services, I would add at least half of what the weekly charge is. I other words, If I did a job for $50 weekly, the same job would be no less than $75 for an "easier" bi-weekly. In my area, 2 weeks forces you to do A LOT of clean-up after the cut. I'm talking clumps, mashed chunks all over sidewalks and driveways and the worst ones keep your chute clogging up. I stopped offering bi-weekly altogether.

@eeze2502 i offer weekly visits or 3 per month (roughly every 9 to 12 days). Scheduling can be a little tricky because your route isn't always the same, but i no longer deal with the headache of spending too much time at a site thanks to cleaning up. Occasionally, there are still clumps due to wet grass either from rain or dew but not excessive.

I prefer my middle class customers they pay on time and easier to work for rich people complain 24 hrs a day and treat you like a 2nd class citizen call you at home and God forbid you get sick or have a surgery Yes it happens believe me to everyone 😊 then some people think their rich and don't have 2 nickels to rub together and can't pay the yard guy ?😮😮
