Hi, The estimated time taken to travel between the terminals using the transit shuttle bus is as follows: T4 to T1: 18mins T1 to T3: 6mins T3 to T4: 12mins Frequency of busses is around 13mins during 0000H to 1700H 5mins during 1700H to 0000H

I have a layover and want to visit Jewel. Do I have to clear immigration twice (entering and leaving Singapore)? Do I also have to check in twice?

Hi, to visit jewel, you will need to cross immigration into singapore. Regarding checking in, you will need to check with your airline if they do automatically transfer your luggage.

Hello. Thank you for posting this video! I will arrive to Singapore Changi AirportT4 at 14:20 then I have to self transfer (after I claim my luggages myself) and head to Singapore Changi AirportT3. My flight is at 17:00 and I was wondering how can I use the shuttle bus from T4 to T3 (is it going to be similar way just like how you got from T3 to T4?) also if you could give it a guess, how long does it takes to leave the terminal (claim luggages etc) I wanted to make sure if I could make it on time! Lastly, I am Ethiopian and I did a quick research and it says we don’t need visas to visit Singapore so I’m guessing upon arrival it’s going to be smooth transition. I look forward for your reply😊

Hi, for the bus heading from T4 to T3, you can view it from 5:59 of the video. As for duration wise we are unable to comment as it will depend on the number of arrival flights during your arrival. As for visa, it's still best to check the visa information at ICA website: www.ica.gov.sg/enter-transit-depart/entering-singapore/visa_requirements for any updated information.

@2Millan Hi, it roughly takes about 15 mins. Based on your flight timings, it will be a direct shuttle from T4 to T3.

Hi, there is one bus located within the transit area and one outside in the public area. The bus shown in the video is located outside the transit area.

Hi, this shuttle bus is in the public area, so there is no need to cross immigration.

@@thebiannualtravellers Thank you very much. My flight landing at terminal 2 and next flight is at Terminal 4. There is lot confusion online and since I dont have Singapore Visa I am just worried if I had to pass immigration. What if we need to collect baggage and re check in for next flight? any idea do we need to pass immigration? Thanks

@FutureSmartAI Ah, ok, you are transiting. There is another shuttle bus inside the transit area (not this one in the video, as the one in the video requires you to cross immigration into singapore). Hi…I also have the same question as yours. Did you need to cross immigration to claim baggage? What if I am having only cabin luggage?

@@ankitaghosh4702 Yes I travelled recently, Air India and Jetstar don't transfer baggage. You need to take baggage and re check in Singapore and that will require immigration clearance. I decided not to take any baggage and I could smoothly go from T2 to T4 within the transit area and got my Jetstar boarding pass in the side transit area at T4
