I would say if u correct the long answer as an examiner where u can give urself marks for each point mentioned and see if u got the most point by comparing the potential answers to the marking scheme. e.g if they asked me about the qualities of being an employer and I mentioned 4 of them and 4 of these are in rge marking scheme, I would say I would get most marks, provided I answered the question properly

The general rule seems to be to divide the marks by 5 and then you have to mention that many points e.g 25/5= 5 points. I usually write till I feel I have explained my point but don’t waffle as well. You will start to get an idea of the length needed the more questions you practice and the more info you know👍🏻

it is possible but depends on a few factors. Some of which include if you will be taught by the teacher ? how much committee in a week are u able to do? do u have support? etc and if everything is covered then yes it is possible to cover the course in a year. It will be harder but doable

@@KiMai thank you for your reply. Is it true that if you get at least more than 480 points in the lc that you can go into medicine? Because one of my friend said it's more than 600 points. I hope you can mention this in your next video. I'm in Transition Year (4th year) and I want to study medicine. I have a final question, how do I prepare for the hpat? Where can I find the hpat exam papers? Should I ask my teachers?

@@tashdidsadatali692 yes technically that's true but getting 480 points means u need around 300/300 points in hpat which has never ever been achieved ( even in the UMAT equivalent), the highest have bee around 240 points. So yes you CAN get in med on paper but in reality the situation is more different. The higher the points you have in LC the less pressure to perform well in hpat (which is a harder exam in my opinion than LC) and vice versa. However you don't necessarily need around 600 points, the range of points has widened since hpat was introduced and people with points as low as 520 have gotten in.
