Is the background music some kind of test? 😁 It’s a hard one, for people with focus problems. Which is sort of ironic, because that‘s the main target group for this kind of info... 😂

Actually i dont feel like it is a mistake, it is fact that hard to read texts stick with the reader more often than the easy to read texts. By hard to read i mean like a handwriting, so this could be a step in the right direction, i suggest that you look in to it. Keep up the good work, appreciate it.

I'm always in a 20% flow state, I walk silently, I look around my place, memorise patterns etc etc etc., I also Involve myself into games, like volleyball and Tag. I enjoy everything. I also can focus a lot. Also 24/7 I don't have any thoughts, but that's probably normal.
@w1nther930 Жыл бұрын
I play Badminton and i one time did something similair to the zone but not quite it. I got completely emotionless and performed a bit better like i was in a daze. No thoughts what so ever. My friend got pretty on edge since he said i had such a blank stare as if i wasn't even there. A year later and i was battling my coach and suddenly i performed much much better, but unlike this time i could feel myself energized and playing better. There i was actually in the zone for a moment (but it was at the end of the game so i couldn't experience it as much).

People complaining about the music aren't even willing to try to challenge themselves and focus on the speaker's voice. Real Life wont perfectly align for you to do what you have to. You need to learn to focus beyond mere noise or obstacles.

The only reason I searched up "the zone" was because I finally had fun playing basket ball and perfected my shot a little more. So me and my friend did a 1v1 and I scored 10 times in a row but it ended so quick. But after that I ended up missing the other shots.

In going to disagree with the phrase "auto pilot" because some of the best performances happen when the brain is working subconsciously and there is no effort or trying involved. Everything just happens how we want it to.
