Thank you... My husband bought me a 2100 Yoga Asanas book. Within the first few pages it addresses the 8limbs of Yoga. I never knew this before and only knew the physical part. I realized I was trying...but I hadn't started with The Yamas and I'm realizing my alignment has been way off... The first two Ahimsa(kindness), and Satya(truthfulness) to myself first has been missing. Little things are actually big things nudging us to be who we really desire to be and be healed. This video is also a reminder that I'm heading the right way and it's going to be worth the journey❤

Beyonce said in an interview that she created an alter ego - Sasha Fierce - in order to counter her shyness, & that she still gets nervous before a show, but that's when she would talk herSelf into Sasha Fierce mentality, until it became natural, like second nature... otherwise, she's more introverted & like a homebody, which I can totally relate to mySelf as well! She would not be as big as she is today, with her normal, everyday personality & it's because she loves what she does so much, that she had to create a separate identity to puruse her career, until it became second nature for her to be that way.

I SWEAR!!!! Every thing you said.. I resonate with sooo much. Hear me out lol I always feel like I get sooooo close to my desired reality. Like, I can literally TASTE IT. And it seems like once I get the taste … I’m tempted and then hit with reality like “ how badly do you really want it?” And then I get discouraged and fall right back to where I once was. It’s almost like I’m afraid of success and I’m like WHY? 😩

“Jump all the way in” 🥺 thank you queen.. i got in a mood a few hrs ago and it was directly related to feeling blockage from my passions.. def one foot in and one foot out bc ik exactly what I want my life to look and feel like but I don’t be feeling worthy and I say it til I’m blue in the face but my feelings don’t match. Hi Tiffany, this video came right on time for me, thank you. I really enjoy your messages, you speaking the truth always exactly when we need it it feels ❤ I am in a similar situation with one foot in one foot out. I want to become a commercial pilot and now have to start a job training and am currently in kinda a gap year after A-Levels. The problem is, that due to a past medical condition I am still battling with the authorities to get my medical license. Without it, I can forget to become a pilot. I always believed it could happen but also now don’t feel like going all in because of this uncertainty. How would you handle this?
