I just bought a cartier ring from brandoff thanks to your recommendation! I honestly didn't know how trustworthy these sellers could be until your videos! The only thing I'm currently hesitant about is customs/duties, but since the prices are so great it still ends up being worth it :)

After years of working in retail, I couldn't agree more. I purchase so many things second hand and I love it! Excellent video, I can't wait until I visit Tokyo in 2020! I can add Brandoff to my list of places I want to go.

I agree with some of the other commenters. Sometimes scammers these days go way out of the way to look good, but ever since your videos on this I have learned a few places to get preloved pieces! I am just waiting to find something that I've been dying to get before making a purchase. But very happy you did these videos showing us another great place to go!

Komehyo is great! In case you haven’t been to the Shinjuku branch before, you shouldn’t miss it out on your next trip. It’s maybe 5 times as big as the one in Ginza. It really is its own little department store, on maybe 6 floors. You can probably spend a whole day just in there, and it’s also in the same area as all the high end boutiques.

theres no concrete formula unfortunately but in my opinion I never paid more than I felt comfortable for!

It depends on where you're from! In the USA, there are no customs fees for purchases under $800. Not sure about Canada, but I'm sure you can find out the percentage on Google!
