I discuss all the way you can get over a rut and a lack of motivation to get back to feeling your best, these include cold showers, skin care, eating well, sleeping well, waking up early, not going for a nap, drinking lots of water getting exercise and just all round taking care of your mental health with an early bedtime and reading.
