I am almost on similar lines and just got my Work Permit and researching the PR process as I am in BC (very near to your place I guess 🙈) so the points are quite difficult at present. I would be grateful if you could share the consultant details who did your process as finding a reliable consultant is also very challenging. This course requires 4 years of undergrad. I think we cannot apply for it If our is bcom. As it is only 3 years course.

You will first need to evaluate your undergrad with WES, they will provide the report if your undergrad is equivalent to 4 year degree. That's how you will still be able to get the admission with 3 years of undergrad.

It solely depends on your personal situation. Many students come after 12th and many come after undergrad. It's your personal choice.
