Congratulations on another great video Ladislas.please check with Andreas about flexibility of setting up a company over residency through property. As far as I am aware, only the Executive Director of the company gets some flexibility for travel, this does not extend to other family members, even if employed as a Director of said company. Overall, residency through property offers the same flexibility in terms of time allowed out of the country, should the applicant want this to lead to permanent residency, which is 10 months in a 5 year period. With a company, you can have up to 3 months away without issues, but through residency, it’s 1 month and you can, with prior consent, have up to 3 months away. Note, still a max of 10 months in 5 years for both cases.

You mentioned 11 months living in Montenegro are required if purchasing a property, but how many days are required if doing the LLC company?

Foreign Company director/ResidenCY in Montenegro leave around 90 days or less at different times in a Year for Business or personal reasons travel out of Montenegro, will it affect My future PR and citizenship ? " how many days will it allow to stay out of Montenegro within 5 Years or every year count ? and where should i get the permission when I leave the country ? And can I continue the PR or Citizenship Process ??

Thanks for the video Ladislas. I am interested in your services to help me obtain residence in Montenegro through company formation. However, I would really like to know how long you are required to spend in the country to maintain your temporary residence. For example, would it be possible to spend over 6 months outside the country and still maintain your temporary residence? I'm assuming only the director has this flexibility? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Not really. You are expected to spend most of the year there. If you want an easy residency without minimum stay requirements, Ukraine is an interesting option. Feel free to send me an email.

Hello, I have a question. What would happen if I create a company to obtain residency, and once I'm there in Montenegro I don't want to continue with the company either because I couldn't live from it or it's not profitable for me, or I just want to do it is to be able to enter to the country to move me and my wife and live in there with our documents and having a jobs.

You have to keep the company. The residency is based on the work permit linked to you being the director of that company. If you are interested in moving forward, send Andreas an email 👍

1. What if I wanted to buy land in budva and build a house on it. Can an American come over and do that and get residency that way? 2. What if I bought an already existing company in Montenegro and took it over. Could I get residency that way?

Ce n'est pas précisé dans la loi, donc sujet à interpretation. Mais de manière générale, au moins 6 mois. Si tu est interessé par le Montenegro, je peux te mettre in touch avec un francais sur place qui aide les francophones.

Bring an apostilled, or equivalent certification when the country is not a member of the Hague Convention, of your country of citizenship. Not of current residency. Citizenship.
