HOW TO GET RID OF SUGAR CRAVINGS FOR GOOD
In this video, I answer a question sent in by a viewer who would love to diminish her sugar cravings.
This is a topic I often get asked about, and one many of my clients struggle with, so I thought I'd share 3 simple steps I find helpful to help diminish sugar cravings, as well as food cravings as a whole.

Thank you for sharing this information today!!! I found it very helpful. Also it is always helpful to have some words and phases to share with my older children to explain things too. My oldest is 13 and I want her to feel comfortable with this topic. Thanks for your time.

Hi Alina thankyou for your awesome video ! :) very informative. I struggle to fill my plate half with veges. I can incorporate them at every meal but I feel like it's to much to do a whole half a plate I feel like I need/want more protein or Strarch. Do you have any advice on this ? Thankyou :)

These recommendations are general, so they can definitely be adjusted based on your individual needs. If half a plate of veggies feels like too much, and you don't have issues meeting your micronutrient requirements or maintaining an ideal body weight, then perhaps a ratio of 1/3 veggies, 1/3 grains or starchy veggies, 1/3 beans, nuts, or seeds would work better for you. :)
