Hi brother, Im from Sri Lanka also planning to move to the Ireland in December. Your video s are pretty useful and normally I watch your videos but frankly i couldn't get all of the information as it is because of the language barrier. I have 3 kids the age of 2 1/2, 5, & 6 1/2 and I've no idea about their school & day care facilities. Actually if it's possible please do your vlogs in English. Thanks a lot brother. Monthly daycare is all depending on the creche and location, normally minimum is €100-€120 a week per child. Keep supporting thank you 😊

All the schools in Ireland are same, its nothing like india (govt & private ). All the studies are same in all school. Depends which location you’re going to stay in Dublin.

hello... nice video.......kindergarten and school are enough in Dublin area or maybe you know cork?or we must need to drive in most cases in both cities and we must need to pick and drop kids and you mentioned about transport services what it cost?

I don’t know much about cork, but I am sure there are enough schools & crèche. Some places provide transportation, it will occur some cost. For cost you have to contact the school. I reckon it will be somewhere around 80-100€ a week.

Hi, it was a very informative video.I am relocating with my 4 year old child in September, is there a possibility that the school will admit him (the one that you were referring to where the child has to continue until grade 6) considering we have not applied for admission.

Thanks for the comment 👍 In secondary school in Ireland, you have to have bachelor’s degree at-least level 7. Some subjects are highly compulsory Like English, Maths, Irish (language).

Hi your content is really helpful for people who are planning to move to Ireland. I have a question regarding my son's school admission. We are from India and will move to Ireland in March 2023, My son will turn 4 on the 26th of October 2023, Will primary school consider his admission as he is 1 month and 26 days younger on the 1st of September 2023? Bit worried that my kid may need to wait for the whole year to be able to go to primary school because he is not 4 years old on 1st Sept 2023.

You can start looking for her admission from January, normally anybody come from abroad, they will put him/her into a class behind. What month is she born in ?

School timings are from anywhere 8.30 till 14.10 for primary and anywhere from 9.00 to 16.00 for secondary schools.

Great info bro, How is standard of primary and secondary school education in Ireland compared to India? Because you studied in India till 8th and then continued in Ireland, I thought you are right person to answer this question.... Standard and complexity of education is same as in India or less or more compared to Indian education?

Thank you. Down here education is better here & with similar Indian standard. Over there children has more stress throughout their studies & down here its much more calm environment. I prefer here than India.

If the child is 4, he or she will admission in junior infant. Again, when you come here they will advice you accordingly with that.

Yes, let him complete 4 years by July next year or you can enrolled him now for next September session for junior infant. Everything is done online.

Hi, you need to ECCE & Montessori course from Ireland. You can check that online. You can do etiher part time or full time depending on your situation. Just bring degree certificate & diploma that you have done in India & of course also the PCC.

Agar apne 10th ki hai, tuh I think ki Ireland mei apko junior certificate jo ki 10th bolte hai apne waha, shyad vo ho karni pade. But if they accept your school certificate..fir apko shyad 11th mei aur yaha par 5th year bolte hai , vaha shyad admission hu jaye. All the best.

You can come on study visa on master’s course. But you cannot bring your family on study visa unless you have a work permit

My son is 9.5 yrs old. He is currently in India in an International school and finished his mid term of class 4. He will be here in Ireland in a month's time. When I enquired in Cork Midleton school, the said they will put him in class 3, start this Sept. He is 9.5 yrs old. We feel is too much behind his academic schedule. Hi, I live in Dublin myself, so don’t know much about cork. If your son born in from august till December, he will go one behind as he coming from abroad. This thing happen to me as well when I came here. It just the way of their system. All the schools in Ireland are similar, but if you want try it then try in couples of schools in cork.

Hi Bro my son is in 10th class now. We are planning to move to Ireland on "critical Skilled Employee Permit" very soon. I heard that after 2 years I am eligible for PR. My question is: what will be college fee for student before PR AND After I get PR. If the college fee for students after 12th is very high then I should not come to Ireland. Mushkil hai…pheli baat tourist visa extend nhi hota. Agar hu bhi jaye only on strong medical grouds. Admission milna kafi muskhil hai…by by chance admission mil bhi jaye fir uss bases par visa extend nhi hoga…because you enter the country on tourist visa.

Major subjects are more likely same in every country. English and Irish are mandatory here. All books are in English. English is a primary language here.

You can apply, but your over 18, so you have to apply your self, not as dependent.
