I just wanted to show you guys how to get started as a loner in Rookie Village in Stalker Anomaly. This is of course running the Escape From Pripyat Mod Pack, and here are the mods listed down below.

Game Description:
The stand-alone mod S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly aims to be the most stable and customizable experience for fans of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. It's powered by the Monolith 64-bit engine, a custom fork of the X-Ray engine.
Modpack Description:
Escape From Pripyat (EFP) is a hardcore modpack for Stalker Anomaly, supported by talented members of the Anomaly modding community. EFP features mods which add semi-realistic gameplay elements in a manner similar to tough first-person shooters such as Escape From Tarkov. Although EFP is by no means an alternative to Tarkov single-player, it certainly draws inspiration from EFT in more than name only.

- ALWAYS carry a shotgun around, if not get good juking mutants - Make sure to stash heavy materials and gun parts before an expedition, you may found new guns or parts and you don't want to be over encumbered when you return - Disassemble every armor you find, any armor material is useful - You can long press ALT for auto-loot - Learn faction relations, as a beginner I didn't know if someone in the distance was hostile or not, you can see the faction of someone in the bottom left corner when you aim at them - Difficulty is entirely customizable, if you find it too hard to progress you can tweak everyting you want in the menu Also great video!

You can forego a shotgun only if you have a select-fire rifle or machine gun in 7.62x39 or bigger. And yer probably not going to have anything like that too early. The Type 63 is tragically underrated. Also try to get a grenade launcher and some 40-mils as soon as possible so you can contend with pseudogiants and chimeras. Chimeras can be felled with less than a grenade launcher, but a well-placed 40-mil will do the job with maximum efficiency.

I am a Stalker veteran from day one. But even those first "tutorial missions" from Fanatic are pretty tough (on Hard difficulty). Of course a bit depending on your loadout.

Yeah. I will say still probably the best bet besides just running into the zone not knowing anything. Lol. Fun to watch though.

actually don’t go to fanatic. your starter gear won’t do much against the boars. it’s better to go see sidorovich for your first mission imo.

If you're playing Anomaly without GAMMA-go-nuts, and depending on what version it is (I don't know if EFP affects this), you can get a Bear suit and a SPAS-12 early on. Get yer mitts on seven bottles of Nemiroff vodka, take it to that one guy in Yantar, trade it for a military armor, go to the Dark Valley, put the military armor on, use it to walk into the old factory without the soldiers firing at you, then go down into Lab X-18. There's a corpse in the first room that has a Bear suit, a SPAS-12, and some other bric-a-brac. If you don't mind fighting the soldiers, you don't have to do the whole "trade the vodka for the suit" bit. Or if you do, you can sell the military armor to Petrenko or whoever else. This is assuming you're playing as a loner, and you want to wear an armor of your faction. The Bear suit will do until you get a Nomad suit. I appreciate the detail put into the character models and redesigned armors, but being a purist, I prefer the old ones. Same for M.E.T.R.O. 2033 versus M.E.T.R.O. Redoink.

Budget your meds and ammo for what you think you'll need and add 33% of that amount again if you have it depending on modpack Suit upgrades are always better than carrying more consumables. Always carry coca cola powder (you know what it is) or an epinephrine to carry loot in emergencies. Emergencies only, don't loot goblin if you can buy it at a merchant later The technician in Cordon at the farm has cheaper rates than anyone else (at least in old school Anomaly) Not sure if the mod devs have changed it, but Anomalous Bread used to restore your hunger and let you get by on chocolate bars. Bad news is you'd need 3kg of weight for the bread + best artifact belt container

does this mod KVMAS And Azetrix Model Merge Project FULL FOMOD GUIDE (HD Models): work on non Gamma and EFP since I am only running Stalker Anomaly with HD Models v1.52 with other mods r maybe could do a guide on NON Gamma and EFP users as well.

How to get started (beginners) in Stalker.. - Master is the go-to difficulty - Always keep a shotgun in your inventory in case a mutant comes out of nowhere (for early games) - Stealth basically doesn't work in Stalker - Well-stocked with health and ammo before going into the underground labs or picking a fight with more dangerous faction - Always retreat to better position if you were overwhelmed my the enemies Good luck stalkers!

@@bluetherobot yeah i have used the link but its not showing up in my settings on stalker anomaly...it has a check mark but i dont see "Ledge climbing"
