My friend and I tried one Umbar mission on Brandywine the day they came out, but I couldn't find the quest to pick up to make it a delving, and it just failed the delving automatically for my friend in the middle of the mission. Not sure what went wrong, and it was late, so we didn't have time to dig into it. There is a separate quest to pick up in addition to the actual mission quest, right? It has been a while since I've done delvings.

You need to have the delving stones which are found from the delving barters. You should see the Delving “stone tree” when you go into a mission that supports it. If you go to far past it without activating it, it will go away and the mission will be a normal mission difficulty.

If you use the system menu on the left side of your toolbar, you should see the character option, then allegiances. Navigate to the the shell icon on the left side of the allegiances pane and select one of the two Umbar allegiances that you want to work on.

Lol I don't even have umbar but someone summoned me to mission room and we did the missions at 140 :)

That's exactly why I came to this video or I should say this is why I looked it up on KZfaq because I can't even find the entrance to this Place... Umbar is turning out to be my least favorite expansion and And there's been a couple of really bad expansions.. I would rather do mounted combat over doing the shield isles again on an alt anyday
