Don't even need to increase the playback speed. I like the simplicity: Hinge, squat, overhead and horizontal. I never realized how important hinge was until I got older and had lower back issues.

I would genuinely love to try out 1 of your programs because the deadlift peak/powerlifting peak/power building programs really look like they offer a lot of what I'm interested in. The only drawback they are rather expensive for my economy :(

Just a little suggestion: maybe use your credibility as the World's Strongest Man in the title. It would catch a lot more attention, similar to what Renaissance Periodization did with Dr. Mike Israetel (they use phrases like "exercise scientist"). So your title could be something like this: "World's Strongest Man Explains How to Get Strong."

Does the week of deload work for hypertrophy as well or is just a strength training feature?

It generally does actually. Typically you would take one every 6-12 weeks. You'll know when you need one when you feel very fatigued and especially if your number of reps go down. Though, if you're on a fat loss phase you will typically feel both of these signs which you have to look for because you probably don't need a deload

Anybody else immediately skip 30 sec forward when he jumps you with the blokes ad? I mean, sure you gotta make your bread, and I don't mind ads in videos, but I prefer them to be their own segment at the start or end of the video.

I've sort of followed mike mentzer, the last 3 months, of doing 0 training to now 3 months strong, but i only workout 2-3x a week. Of working out to failure in 1 hour sessions. And I've gone from a pathetic 6kg dumbbells to 17.5, will probably be doing 20kg in 3 weeks time. I don't have the best diet, i just drink a lot of water and make sure to do 2-3 hour walks at least twice a week, sometimes with very high incline. Im not working out for physic, just for strength. Seems to be working so far.

What are your views on keto? I've lost 11 pounds in nearly two weeks. It's been drastic and draining along with 3k walks a day. But I just can't wait months to drop weight when I can do this for a month. Side note, I started at 265 pounds and I'm now 254. I have been big and strong hence the weight after I stopped training due to an injury that is now gone.
