I really don't get it why people shit on so muh for a gym that tries to make people move in safe enviroment. Sure no free weights sucks but no one is forcing one to go there. I think it is this stupid elitism that ''cause I have lifted longer I should be able to do this and that'' nah bro you are just being a dick. Also for me I have had seriously limited equipment and have still been able to get strong starting from my parents garage having barbel, some dumbels and a pull up bar. Now I train at a swiming halls gym as I am trying to get better cardio with very little strain on joints. Pus it is city owned so it is super cheap, the gym is by no means great but I can get my workout done easily (there is some free weights but really limited). If you want to go to a harcore lifting gym then you go to one, I used to do that aswel but moved away from my home town and the prices in my new place for those are too much for me atm! Ask any emergency medical staff who loads patients onto stretchers and they will tell you how deceivingly heavy the weight of even an apparently thin person can be. The fact that she lifted him off the ground (even though for a miniscule amount of time), says a lot about her strength and training routine.

I Love my Home gym lol just got a Nice Body solid Incline , Decline and Shoulder press super excited already have a bunch Working on making the gym look real nice now. I went hard on cleaning and moving the stuff today.
