Is 100 fps low fps for recording?, I cant have any higher with medium quality for some reason even tho my pc is good and I record in 1440p

you should increase bitrate for the blur thing, it will look so much cleaner.

This is sick, could you clarify the difference between High FPS and Low FPS / edits? I like how high FPS looks after rendering but only record with around 90 FPS. Should I use low FPS or high FPS config?
