This makes alot of sense cause when I stretch few days a week Im always super sore even if I take 2/3 days rest.

Awesome vid, my front leg recently has plateaued and I been getting millimeters from the back. I always wonder if people with insane oversplits are getting the most of that from the back leg.

People with insane oversplits might have a generic component where the front, back, or both legs are hyper mobile and their hips give them a hug advantage. For others, could be years of training and pushing themselves in one leg more than the other (front/back)

@@RadoslavCa I see, I guess it is a balancing act of plateauing and finding where the body will give it up next. Basically how it has been.

just one question do i do this routine for both sides i maen one where the right leg is forward and second time the opposite?

Yes, do the passive stretches on both sides, and then do the active ones on both sides

Hi, would anyone help me. I can't ever feel the stretch in my hamstring no matter what I do. The only time I haven't felt the stretch directly behind my knee is dropping into the splits after holding the deep lunge for a minute (the stretch only lasts for about 30 seconds then it goes to behind my knee). Anyone have suggestions? My hamstring flexibility isn't bad, I just really wanna be able to stretch it.

Practice isolating and stretching your hamstring with your knees bent. Don’t allow your back to flex. Focus on anterior pelvic tilt (Google it) to move the tension into your hamstring. Another option, you can do a hamstring specific exercise to fatigue them and feel the burn. Then stretch it. This way you’re increasing your ability to feel your hamstring stretching. Hoping that helps!
