40:50..." It takes two to five years generally"... 41:10... I just had to coach you about your dog... If you had captured it when it first showed up it would not have shown up on your run with your dog... 42:11... When would you say at some point... That calling a trainer for my dog might be the next thing I ought to do if I have 10 minutes available tomorrow?.... 42:41 to 43:05... Don't be a victim at the big things you can do ...."there's magic in the mundane" 44:00, "integrate more and more" 44:20..."you can't get enough of what you don't really" 45:00... Aim of life is to be aware.. 54:00, 54:20, 54:30... 3 take-aways

Great video, much appreciated, lots to unpack. But off the bat I have one question. David seems to (albeit joshingly) chastise Brendan for having must-do thoughts (training his dog) while jogging but what was he supposed to do? Stop and write them down? He made a mental note(s) to address the issues later which seems sensible (or at least what I’d do) and I wasn’t sure what DA was advocating Brendan do differently.

One of my "inboxes" is a text thread to myself. I don't always have my paper planner but I always have my phone. So me personally I would have texted myself "dog's training" in the moment. In fact, my lone walks are definitely the source of most of my self texts inbox. It literally clears my head.
