The article was good but a bit shallow, I think Inspira is more detailed and wished you elaborated more on the screening of applications as the process is rather strict due to numerous applications.

I was one of the three applicants who had been successful both in written exam and Competency Based Interview. My references were contacted, but after that I just heard that the job had been given. Nobody had ever written or call me. What can I really say about that?!

A roster is a pool of candidates who have already been vetted as viable candidates through the application process and who are ready for immediate selection. If you have been informed of your inclusion in the roster, either based on the recommendation for a specific or for a generic job opening, you can potentially be selected for an upcoming job opening without having to undergo the entire application process. Once you are included in a roster, you will be regularly contacted by e-mail to either confirm your continued interest in upcoming job openings, or you may choose to temporarily put on hold or permanently withdraw your roster candidature. Even if you are placed on a roster, we recommend that you sign up for the Job Alert and/or regularly search our website for job openings and actively apply for positions for which you think you are qualified.

Hi Daniel, here a question from my side :) I went through almost all of the steps. Last step was GGST and I have passed it successfully. Two weeks later I was notified that I am included in the roster for this Job Opening and my status in the Inspira is "Rostered". I havent receive any other type of call, e-mail or explanation on the position. Does this mean that the JO is already given and I am in some kind of a roster or I might still be cosidered for this JO? Thanks in advance :)

Martin, Roster means a rostered applicant was selected.

Hi! That's a very informative video. I had few queries- 1) How long will it take for WHO office to notify your selection after interview and reference check is over? 2) if reference check is over dose it mean your are selected ? 3) will they inform you of you were rejected after the reference check was done? 4) will all candidates selected for all different positions be pooled and taken up for the final cross check? Is that why the delay is happening?
