I lost more than 100€ on my PlayStation account and I will never be able to get it back unfortunately it seems that I insult and harass, but I have nothing apart from having said "shut your mouth" to a guy who insulting my whole family and me so much, and then the permanent ban, even sending a ticket to lift my suspension, they dared to refuse! I was permanently banned by a player who reported me after getting banned for me reporting them for facial slurs and making fun of disabled people yet i was punished for it, I sent an appeal and even called PlayStation yet both were rejected. To think that PlayStation would let such a toxic person be allowed to make a judgement on me like that and not over turn it blows my mind…

It won’t let me appeal. It said my account is not eligible for appeals. Says only four accounts that broke the code of conduct. Meanwhile they message me saying I broke the conduct. I find this very strange because I don’t even play online and when I am online I barely use my mic and the person that I supposedly messaged isn’t even on my friends list.

Even if you get 8 strikes of Xbox enforcement you get temporarily banned but YOU CAN STILL PLAY ALL YOUR GAMES even multiplayer but in PSN they take EVERYTHING FROM YOU , even for the littlest offense , it doesn't matter so you're better off with Xbox Perma bans are extremely rare

I was in the middle of the game when I was kicked out with a prompt saying that my account was permanently suspended. I checked my email for any explanation on the suspension but there were none, even in junk or spam folders. I cant log in to my account both in my ps4 and ps5. Jajajajaja I got banned because of a chargeback! 🤦🏽♂️ My wife used to have her American bank on my PS Account so when paying a monthly subscription I didn’t know she had canceled that card some months ago & apparently it was someone else’s bank account now and I got the chargeback & banned. My account got permanently banned when I go through the process you explained in the video it’s sends something to my email telling me “Your account has been permanently suspended return to your original suspension email for further details”. Now I will say I am in the wrong here but am I officially cooked do they give second chances for people with my case because I’ll come to an agreement with them asking for my account back but they can permanently communication ban me I think that’s fair.
