me is field me 12 saal se kaam kar raha hu aur time ke sath deadline itna tight hota ja raha ke tum sab soch bhi nahi sakte.......client din pe din next level ke chutiye hote jaa rahe hai unko lagta hai yaha ek green button hai sirf press karna hai aur boom . yaha koi green grass nahi bas hai ....is field me sirf aur sirf bo logo aa sakte hai jinko art,vfx,moive,anime,games se pyar ho aur deadline din raat kaam karne ke himmat rakta ho. (bas warning aur thoda sach hai ) baki bahut mast lagta hai jab final output nilkal ke ata hai BEST OF LUCK

I have been trying to get into a compositing role as a fresher, but everybody keeps telling me that I have to get into roto first. People have even said "roto compulsory nahi hai, but its better to go through the grind" I have no idea ki isme kitna logic barabar hai, so I would like to ask ki kya sachh meh roto exp jaruri hai, and how much will it help me in compositing? Should I cave in and join roto or should I keep trying for comp as a fresher?
