In this video, we are going over the entire process of getting your real estate license in 2022 so that you can work as a real estate agent! A common misconception is that it is difficult to get licensed, but it's actually very simple and easy.
Real Estate Express (now known as Colibri Real Estate):

^This is the exact online class I took. I highly recommend it if you are looking to get your real estate license! It is cheap and easy to get through. It used to be called Real Estate Express but they just changed their name. Same exact platform!
Essentially, all you need to do is take a real estate salespersons course, submit an application, pass a state exam, and then join a brokerage!
Make sure to watch this video until the end for tips on how to go about this process the easiest, cheapest, and most efficient way. I did it myself, passed my exam on the first try, and want to help you do the same!
It depends on what state you're in, as each state has its own separate requirements. In California, we are required to take a 135 hour class (can be done online or in a classroom). Your specific state will have its own requirements, but it should be pretty similar!

I subscribed $1000 for the questions and answers and paid $500. Then completed my payment to her after my result. I only studied the questions and answers she provided me for few days, and was shocked to see the same questions she provided me on the day of my exam.

Im studying for my CA exam and I found your vid on how to pass the test. After 3 weeks off agonizing over the material, I actually started just studying the questions and taking the open book tests like you mentioned in the vid. Any more tips on passing the test would be great! Or what to look for in a brokerage. I know proper training is a must!

I got one good question. Soooo When you join a brokerage, do you see listings of homes all over the state or just within that county of the brokerage? Like something specific for anyone wanting to do real estate but willing to travel all over the state to make deal happen? (For example, you have nurses. Then you have traveling nurses)

So, i would like to get my license so that i can buy/sell houses for myself with my rental properties. I would also like to do BPO's. The problem is once you get your license you have to work with a broker for 2 years in Alabama. Is there anyway around that? I have a full time job and would prefer to do that while i do BPO's and buy and sell my own rentals.

You can still buy and sell for yourself those 2 years - you just need to hang your license with a broker!
