Instructions:
Log in to your Google Tag Manager account
Select the desired account, container, or workspace
Click on the "Users" option in the left-hand navigation menu
Click on the blue "+ New" button
Enter the email address of the person you want to give access to
Select the desired user's role from the dropdown menu
Click on the "Add" button to grant access to the user
*MAKE SURE YOU ADD PUBLISHING RIGHTS.
The user will receive an email notification with instructions on how to access Google Tag Manager
