I followed this exactly and tried different BCC emails, including the GHL BCC email, and it didn't work. I tried it manually by adding the GHL BCC email to the BCC line in an email, and it worked, but I can't get the workspace to comply. Are there other settings in the workspace to consider that would prevent this from working?

Did you set up your email in GHL with your workspace email and app password?

Thank you! When someone first sends me an email, it does not show up in my ghl conversations tab. You have some tips on how to get it to show up in ghl as well as my gmail.

Hey i think there is a correction, smart ad -Call ads focused on all paramater like engagements, get direction as well as. So these conversion also comes from search, search partner sites, display ads, map is just like 30%

@@DavidREsau I'm interested in how automations can be added to lead prospecting systems to generate business for my marketing agency. Right now we generate leads (scrape from gmb), and have agents call prospects. There is not much automated nurturing going on.

very good!! If u do some appointment in the window of the contact, the link is not created. The contacts will receive the email, but the link isnt created automatically in Google Calendar...But if u do appointment with the schedule link in new window (like u do in this video), the link is created. am i right?

The link is created in both scenarios, but for some reason they only send the meeting link when a CUSTOMER booked an appointment.

@@clicktrackmarketing but I’ll still pay for the features? I don’t wanna pay 2 or 300 dollars a month on a cloud based system that has my 1600 hours of data entry hijacked unless I do. My current CRM is going out of business and all my data is locked up in excel and is unusable to me in that form, just waiting to be uploaded into another CRM. What are the fees?

I'm not sure why I get a different window when clicking on round robin but I don't have all the options you have. My window only says "calendar name" "select team members" "custom url" and then all the duration options. Is this only available for the upgraded version of gohighlevel?

Me too. I found it though. Click advanced settings and on the bottom right next to the Priority setting, click custom drop down and select Google Meet or Zoom

The standard booking set up will send the prospect’s email a confirmation but in order to do the followup texts and emails before the meeting you need to use a workflow built from a snapshot, recipe, or custom.
